Deep Tissue- Not to be confused with a deep massage, deep tissue is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscle and connective tissue and focuses on the muscles below the surface. It is not uncommon to become sore or even bruised a few days following the massage however, there should not be any pain during the massage. 30 minutes $45

Hot Stone Therapy- This form of bodywork involves the use of heated stones placed and used in various ways on the body to bring relief to stiff and sore muscles. The penetrating heat of the stones relaxes your muscles allowing for a deeper massage.

Off-Site Chair Massage - At first, it may not seem like much- after all, how much good can really happen in ten, fifteen or twenty minutes? A 15 minute chair massage has many benefits- it decreases job stress, increases alertness and improves productivity.
$1/minute, 60 minute minimum, minutes can be shared with friends, family or/and co-workers.
Outcall Fee: $20 You can get away from it all and come to my studio, get away from the children, the ringing phones, the nosy and noisy neighbors, or, have me come to you, whether it be your home, office or hotel. Get a massage and afterwards, you won't have to get dressed to fight traffic to get home because...you're already there! For just the additional price of an outcall fee, I will bring everything to you and when I am done, pack everything up so you can enjoy and conquer the rest of the day.
